Surveillance

The CEO receives reports from the chief ethics and compliance officer, who also regularly updates the board of directors of Jurong terminal storage tank Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) ethics and compliance committee. Managing a diversified group that operates beyond the corporate and geographical boundaries, the individual in this function creates, runs, and oversees the ethics and compliance program. The company’s corporate risk management program and ethics and compliance program are supervised by the Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management Committee (CERM), which is composed of important business and functional officers.
